TROMA NAGMO RETREAT 2026

Four Days of Intensive Practice

Guided by Lama Sonam Tashi Rinpoche

Date: October 1–4, 2026

The Troma Nagmo Retreat is an opportunity for practitioners to temporarily step away from the distractions of daily life and dedicate themselves fully to contemplation, meditation, and authentic spiritual practice within the Vajrayana Buddhist tradition.

Over four days, participants will engage in Troma Nagmo practices, prayers, mantra recitation, visualization, and meditation under the direct guidance of Lama Sonam Tashi Rinpoche. The retreat environment is carefully arranged to support silence, focus, and inner transformation.

Troma Nagmo is a profound practice within the Dudjom lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. It emphasizes courage, self-liberation, the recognition of mind’s true nature, and the transformation of obstacles into the path of awakening.

This retreat is suitable for practitioners who wish to:

• Deepen their meditation practice

• Strengthen concentration and awareness

• Engage in authentic Vajrayana training

• Accumulate merit and wisdom through dedicated practice

• Experience a traditional retreat environment

Throughout the retreat, participants will stay within a dedicated practice setting, following a structured daily schedule while receiving instructions and guidance from Lama Sonam Tashi Rinpoche.
