Torma worships the guardian deity Troma Nagmo.

The Chod Troma Nagmo practice, part of the Dudjom Tersar lineage of Supreme Yoga, leads to extremely rapid attainment if practiced with the right motivation and effort, because the Diamond Goddess Troma Nagmo is an embodiment of the Prajnaparamita Buddha Mother – the feminine wisdom energy at the most profound secret level among Dakini practices. The Chod practice eradicates the root of dualistic attachment to the ego, the source of suffering, bringing enlightenment and liberation.

Troma Nagmo, the Black Wrath Buddha Mother, is the most secret practice of Dakini. It is considered the most powerful and secret practice of the Dudjom Tersa-Nyingma tradition.

This set of nine torma offerings, used for the practice of Troma Nagmo, can be placed on the altar, in front of the Troma altar, as an offering to the guardian deities protecting this Tantric text.
