Chapter I: Offering Dance

The opening chapter of Lingdro begins with the Offering Dance — a sacred ritual movement through which the space of the mandala is opened.

In the Vajrayana tradition, dance is not performed merely as art or ceremony. It becomes an offering of body, speech, and mind to the lineage masters, yidam deities, dakinis, Dharma protectors, King Gesar, and the gathered vajra family.

This chapter belongs to the Lingdro Gesar tradition and is presented here as part of the Lingdro Gesar Archive, as chanted, practiced, and preserved by Lama Sonam Tashi Rinpoche.

Offering Dance
